How fast is delivery?
All image and video outputs are delivered within 24 hours of receiving your garment photos.
What outputs do you provide?
Three options: Static Image, Static Video, and Dynamic Video.
Videos are fixed at 5 seconds or 10 seconds.
What sizes do you export?
Square, Portrait, and Landscape. We can also map outputs to
marketplace specs (Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart, and others) on request.
How do I place an order?
Tap “Chat on WhatsApp”, send garment photos (front/back), your desired background/setting, and the
output choice (Image / Video 5s / Video 10s) with size (Square / Portrait / Landscape). We’ll start immediately.

How we ensure fidelity
What does Quality Assurance include?
We inspect color, pattern, borders, and framing on every asset. If anything looks off, we
fix it and regenerate internally before delivering the final files. No approvals or
back-and-forth are required.
Do you ever ask for new photos?
Only when necessary—for example, if the original photos are low-resolution, poorly lit, or the garment is
obstructed. We’ll tell you exactly what’s needed to maintain accuracy.
Can I request edits?
Corrections are handled internally during QA. After delivery, changes like a new background,
pose, or duration count as a new request via WhatsApp.

Files you receive
What file formats do you deliver?
Images: PNG or JPEG. Videos: MP4 or WebM (fixed at 5s or
10s). Optional brand merges on request.
How will I receive the files?
Via WhatsApp or a secure cloud link—whichever you prefer.
Are outputs marketplace-ready?
Yes. We support Square/Portrait/Landscape and can match specs for major marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart).
Rights & privacy
Your assets, handled with care
Who owns the outputs?
You own your inputs and the final outputs delivered to you. We can delete working copies on request.
Do you use my assets for training or marketing?
No. We don’t use your assets for model training or marketing without your written permission.
How long do you keep my files?
We retain working files briefly for reliable delivery. If you want immediate deletion after delivery, tell us on WhatsApp.

Do you support bulk or ongoing work?
Yes. Brands, studios, and sellers running drops or catalog refreshes can get volume-based packages. Ask on WhatsApp.
